Damaged product
The kennels I received were great but unfortunately they were damaged. The boxes came ripped and taped up and the steel was banged up and bent. There were also some parts missing but luckily the person that put my kennel banks together knew how to improvise.

Just heard back that we didn't have any call logged about a damaged shipment. Please call us if you ever receive anything damaged, that should never happen. It's usually because of the shipping company, everything is sent out new in boxes from the warehouse. Thanks for letting us know.
