Called within 20 hours to change order that was not sent yet and was told no. Now I have something I do not want and will not use. Still have to order what I really need. Will probably order from somewhere else.

Heavy item but UPS delivered on time in good shape. Assembly was easy. Tabs that help align and support cage and tray bottom were bent (just wacked them back into position) should be of heavier metal. No other issues so far.

Had to give my order twice, agent was very unprofessional, bordering on rude. Had to wait a week for delivery then only half my order arrived. Agent didn't tell me that half my order wasn't in stock. I usually order from Amazon as I get my order in 1 or 2 days. I also find petedge very expensive. There's no way I can order dog clothes from them as I sell them for the same price as I buy them. I only use them when I have to.
