Wonderful experience ordering over the phone. I requested a catalog to be sent twice to no avail. The request was placed in November and then again in December, a month apart And I never received it.

Very pleased again with the zaney toy Berber assortment. I wish you had a lower qualifying free del order. I’m seldom organized enough to put together a large order to qualify. We are a home schnauzer breeder 3-4 litters per yr. and we have young and senior dogs in our house usually 10 I give a lot of business to your competitors for free fast del. amounts to a lot in a yr but frequent smaller orders.

Great products/prices and shipping was fine. The ease of use on website is not very easy. Products and cart load slow.

You sent me the wrong shears! I called immediately and nothing could be done about it, because the manager was gone. I needed to use the shears for a job. (I know that means you won’t take them back.) Now I’m stuck with these shears I don’t like and didn’t order. I would call my experience with pet edge less than perfect. I’ve been a customer since you were NE Serum Co. Now I’m asked to rate you.... I’m sorry to say this will be my last order with pet edge unless this issue is rectified.
