PetEdgeReviews of petedge.com

So far my experience with this website it's been good, I haven't try the product I got from them ! I really hope the product is also good so I can keep buying stuff from them

Ordered a kennel based off the measurements on their website. When it arrived and assembled the kennel size did not match the measurements provided. Company received the item and confirmed it did not match and has refunded the cost.

I have not had a chance to try the clippers yet, so cannot give a full rating. I'm sure they are good based on all your other products. Thanks!

Quality product and fast shipping

I want to use you as my main supplier but I simply cannot rely on you. With no prior warning from you indicating a delay or a back order, half of my order came over 2 weeks after I ordered it. The first half came in a normal amount of the and the second half is supposedly coming today. I got no warning that some items would take longer or that I would be getting 2 separate packages. I ended up having to pay a huge shipping fee with another company to get the shampoo I needed in time, so I lost money because you couldn’t get my product to me in a reasonable amount of time and gave me no heads up that that may be the case. This is my busiest time of year, I don’t have time to be chasing shampoo gallons. Unfortunately this is the norm when I order from you. Missing items, things being on back order that weren’t when I ordered them, and slow slow slow slow shipping. I keep trying to give you another chance and hope you’re back to how you used to be like 7 years ago, but no luck. In the age of amazon, unfortunately your company is just way too slow, unreliable, and frustrating to compete. I don’t think I’ve ever had an order go smoothly from your company. Not since it changed hands a few years ago. In reply to your reply- that is not that case. I got half the order within a few days. That is what I’m speaking about. The other half of the order came over a week after the first one. I was never told that there would be a difference in delivery date for any of the products. Half my order came fine so it wasn’t the weather, it was your product not being shipped out at the same time as everything else I ordered. And not informing me of this. I wouldn’t have ordered it if I’d known it would take longer than everything else. I also don’t have a shop. The delivery address is my home.

I placed my order Nov. 27th. Even if I don't count weekends it has been over 8 days and I have only received a tiny portion of my order. I ordered from Chewy on the same day and had all of my order within two days. I need faster service from a company especially when I am ordering hundreds of dollars of equipment for a business.

Last year I completely stopped using PetEdge as a supplier for grooming supplies for our pet salon. They were always out of stock on supplies we needed and service had gone downhill. I placed a recent order with PetEdge however because our shop needed a couple items our current supplier didn't have. This time around they had everything we needed and there were no issues with ordering or receiving the items. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it took a bit longer for PetEdge to ship the items and because they don't have a warehouse in the eastern US. This meant longer transit time, thus longer wait time on items we needed. Overall they did a much better job fulfilling the order and meeting expectations than the last time I ordered from PetEdge.

I have always had a good experience with pet edge and will use them as needed. Thank you for your excellent service.
