I received my order but the shipping…
I received my order but the shipping was ridiculously high. It was a gift from my husband so I didn't realize till I received it. Almost a third of the price was shipping.

Faulty Power Button
I ordered these clippers and they will turn on but will not stay on. Something inside the clippers isn’t latching onto the power button and keeping it on. I could hold down the power button and it would stay on so it’s obvious something isn’t latching onto it. I was told I’d get a refund for sending them back and they’ve been received by the company as of the 20th of December and I’ve yet to get a refund.
