I was told over the phone that the item I ordered should ship that day and to expect a confirmation email. It has been over a week and I have not received and email. I checked my order online and it says it will nowlt ship until mid May. This is over a month past when I was told it would ship.

I was disappointed that the customer service rep wasn’t knowledgeable about the products and couldnt advise me. I was looking for some assistance as it was my first time buying these tools. I, like many pet owners are likely grooming at home due to “stay at home” orders during Covid-19.

Performance 256 Great product for disinfection. We care for 7 cats. Overkill for residential use under current circumstances, but used wisely and follow directions confident it will certainly do the job. Very pleased with PetEdge products. Family out of work and one member quarantined. FWIW though, poor UPS delivery left box on porch steps in driving rain. A few more steps and it would have been protected. Box was mush and fell apart when found about 1 1/2 hrs later.
