Order received in a very timely manner. All items received as ordered. Used product yesterday and liked it. Would order again from this supplier.

The Wahl clipper blade that I ordered was out of the packaging that it comes in and was loose in the shipping box with other items. The plastic packaging was cracked and broken open, the blade is damaged. The clipper blade was just thrown in the box with a gallon jug. I still have Not received my complete order. It is past the date that the tracking notice had for the arrival date, Still have not received 3 gallons of the shampoo that I ordered. I doubt I will ordered from Petedge in the future. Hopefully, the remainder of my order will arrive and Petedge will replace the damaged clipper blade.

One of the only places to have the clipper I wanted in stock online. They were slightly higher in price but was great that it was a stock item. Also ordered shampoo, dog leashes, collars, etc. Thought the prices were good and happy that they stock so much. Slight order delay due to the pandemic but overall great service

Good experience

As usual, atleast a thing or two arrives in damaged packaging. This time, one of the fine Bravara blades was loose in the shipping box and the packaging was tore up and loose in the larger box. The products themselves are average to very nice. I try NOT to use Pet Edge for most of my monthly orders because their delivery time is well over a week ALWAYS. I've used Pet Edge for 40 years through all of their name changes. Shipping time was really good until about 10 years ago.

The products are great, and ordering was easy. I received exactly what I ordered, so no problem there. The only thing I would improve is communication regarding shipping. It wasn't easy to figure out when products would be sent until after they were sent. Not helpful.
