PetEdgeReviews of petedge.com

The Wahl mini-arcos that I wanted to purchase were unavailable for awhile due to Covid. I received an email from Petedge when they became available. Ordering and delivery was easy and fast. Now my daughter and I each have these quality trimmers for part of our grooming regime on our Standard Poodles. Thanks, PetEdge.

Product arrived a day earlier than expected in perfect condition.

Never before has PetEdge split my order until this time. I was charged four different transactions over a 10 day period. Normally, I have been very happy and satisfied, enough to recommend highly, PetEdge, but this was totally unacceptable. I'm still not sure my entire order has been fulfilled, shipped, or paid for.

I was trying to order these clippers for a while but they showed out of stock. I kept checking back and manged to finally get the last one left. when ordering I still had to wait a week before they shipped? I am very happy with the purchase, very light weight and efficient.

Thank you customer service is good and I received my order in a good time .when I had my shop you all where very helpful

Pet Edge is my preferred vendor for my kennel supplies. They usually have the products that I use at a reasonable price and are able to get them to me in a timely manner.

Fast delivery and good products!!

My order was completely split up as well as shipping cost. The arrival times were not correct,i was not informed of back orders .When finally informed of the back order the date changed without warning and charges were made to my account unexpectedly.I have been a groomer for twenty years and been a long time customer ,this has been the least pleasant experience and am strongly considering using someone else for my grooming business supplies.I am aware of the current virus and the extra pressure ,i myself am experiencing that pressure as well .I am very disappointed in the lack of communication and just overall diapleased.
