One of my items was back ordered and I had to call to find out that information.

Very confused what happen to my order it was showing on my checking account as pending and now it’s not there and I have no idea why and I need the stuff I ordered. If someone could tell me what to do about this that would great.

I ordered many times from Pet Edge years ago and was always pleased with the ease and the final outcome. Well, I know things are different now because of Covid but unless things drastically change I will quit ordering from you. It shows items are available on your site but then they aren’t really. Some items have a 6 month wait. That’s crazy! Who wants to wait that long. Shipping seems to take much longer as well.

I used pet edge for the first time a few weeks ago and I am beyond disappointed in the lack of customer service. I made a big order and was unable to view my order on the website. I emailed customer support and got no response for over a week. Half of the money was taken from my account and I was unable to view why. Finally my order arrived and I only received 3 items, the items I needed most were not present. I am extremely disappointed as no one has responded to my queries.

I ordered 2 five gallons of shampoo and received only one. I send a message to Petedge a week ago and have received no response
