Petedge has become my last resort. They are so slow to ship and then days after order, you learn things are out of stock and not due in for a month sometimes more. When I order for my shop and the order is confirmed and I've submitted payment, I expect it will be delivered. I NEED the items when I order them. If they are low on stock or sold out, I need to know that asap so I can get it ordered elsewhere. I prefer many other companies at this point. Petedge used to be the best prices also, that's no longer always the case. My last interaction with them, I was met with a sarcastic csr. While I realize items will be out of stock at times, a csr should realize a customer will be aggravated when this occurs and not be rude. I have a business to run. I need my supplies for 4 groomers in a very busy shop. Seems they can rarely deliver all that I need in a timely manner...if at all.

I have not rec’d my whole order and have had no communication from pet edge. Very dissatisfied.

Ordered from Canada,the order was shipped separately so I had to pay a broker twice. That was disappointing. When the order arrived on separate days the second box was heavily damaged though contents were fine. Both shipments left at upstars front door even though where they should have arrived in the basement door where I was. It's clearly marked..

Product is absolutely wonderful and well built. Delivered very quickly however VERY angry at UPS the item was delivered by UPS freight and they just left the item at the Road would NOT bring it to the house said they only do curb side delivery-my driveway is a 1/4 mile long and in a very busy Main Street and the crate weighed 200+pounds and they just left it there (thank god no one stole it as I had no idea it was there until I called to find out where my item was - NEVER again will I have anything shipped UPS Freight. You need to Chang who you use for delivery. Other than that the product and quality are outstanding

Great website, ordering process and delivery!

You guys are great but sadly the pooper scoop is not. It is really heavy to walk around with and very small. Maybe ok if you have muscles and a chihuahua. I bought it because it is a good colour And hoped it was like the one I bought from Super zoo a number of years ago. Angela Carolyn

The variety of products meet all my shop needs. Service is prompt. I especially appreciate the natural shampoo selection.
