I always shop here because of the cost and quality of the products My last order was sent in different shipments and I had to incur additional expenses not planned. The main products arrived OK and are excellent, as usual; but I'm still waiting for the other products.

Great service

Excellent product, very fast shipping

I like the products they offer and their prices, but they never have complete orders, they always send them incomplete or in different parts on different days.

I ordered several types of supplies and tools from PetEdge recently after a long hiatus from purchasing from them. I found their website to be easy to navigate so ordering items was a breeze. The only hiccup was trying to input a shipping address that differed slightly from my payment address (physical vs POB addresses in the same town). A quick phone call to their customer service remedied that issue. My order was packed and shipped very quickly and I received it in a timely manner. I will certainly be ordering from them again.

Very poor communication! I was told they had a product in stock, and that it would be shipped to our facility in 5-7 days, meanwhile 10 days later, I called to find out why we haven’t received the product or a response back to let us know what the shipping status would be, and come to find out it was on back order until the end of the month! So I had to cancel the order! If I would have known from the time I placed the order, which was 7/8/20 that it wasn’t in stock and that it was on back order until the end of the month, which was 7/29/20, I could of ordered it from a different distributor that had it in stock! Poor way to do business! We have been in business for 28 years and pet edge is not a reliable place to get your supplies on time!

I placed an order for basic grooming supplies, nothing Covid-related. When the order was placed I received notification that it was shipped. Then when it arrived only a few items were there with a note stating the order was being shipped separately. It is now over three weeks since the original order, I am still missing several items and have not received a refund or any notice of reshipment. I have called customer service and they indicate that the items are in stock and there is no reason for the delay. Update following your response to the review: It's interesting that you are telling me I have an item on backorder since I have been in contact with Petedge again, received a tracking number, and been told all items have now shipped. It took 2 days following my last call that I received the email, that contradicts your backorder response. So, there needs to be some clarification as to why your online response is different from both the oral and written respones given by PetEdge.

Products as described... great selection and in stock inventory. Orders not shipped as promptly as stated otherwise a good experience.
