Good selection, easy to deal with and fast shipping.

It’s time consuming to put all the screws in otherwise it would get 5 stars. I have a very persistent dog who has escaped all kennels I have purchased both plastic and metal. So far he has not escaped from this one. He has been able to bend the bars on the front door but not enough to get out. It was more expensive than others kennels I have purchased but I feel better about his safety and not hurting himself trying to get out.

Great products. Slow on processing and shipping. I would buy from again but they are ranked 3rd in my preference. They shipped a paper catalog too, would rather they save a tree and just use an online catalog. Who gets paper anymore?

I’m giving four stars because my package didn’t arrive when they said it would and they gave me no tracking number to see where it was.

Never received order

I was so disappointed with placing my order in the beginning, it took me three days to finally get into their website and be able to place my order. It was down over the weekend. I finally had to do it over the phone. They have shipped practically all items separately over a period of one and a half months. I won’t order from them again. This was probably the 8th order I’ve placed over 15 years. I will say the product is what is expected other than some toys are extremely cheap and distracted in a day.

I am so disappointed with Pet Edge. I placed an order weeks ago. My items have been arriving here and there and I still have not gotten the complete order. I returned one item and had to pay return shipping. I'll no longer be using Pet Edge, as there are many other, more reliable, grooming supply companies to work with!!!

This was a great experience! Received all my items and loved everything!
