Easy to order and got exactly what I needed. The crate beds are soft and not stuffed too much making them easy to throw in the washer.

Thank you for taking the time to give us a review! We also use our crate beds, and our fur babies love them as well. These beds wash so good and fluff nicely. We appreciate your review and thank you for choosing PetEdge!

Checkout went down when initially attempting to place my order. Waited a few hours and then when I was able to place my order, the company itself canceled my order with no communication or explanation as to why. I had to find out myself when checking my order status. Placed order on a Friday and waited until Monday to email the support team which it states to do so in the email if you have any issues. After wasting my Monday emailing them back and forth giving my information and customer number, they told me I needed to call customer support to receive further help (isn't that the point of emailing the support team in the first place?). Called customer support and they were not friendly, giving me attitude because, and I quote, "They had only been back to work one day after the holiday break"(not sure why that snide comment was even necessary to be stated). Customer support proceeds to inform me that my order was canceled because I was a first time customer who ordered more than $200 worth of products and I paid with a credit card, so if I wanted to continue the order I would have to send a check in the mail or use a wire transfer for my order. Not to mention the charge is STILL PENDING on my credit card charges, which I was also given attitude from customer support that it needs at least 48 hours for the pending charges to drop off my credit card account. I placed the order Friday, it was canceled before Monday, and it is now Wednesday which is more than 48 hours, and I was told to call again (by wednesday) and talk to the "lovely" customer support team to ensure the charges are dropped. Will be disputing tomorrow if they are still on account. Do most people not put bigger purchases on credit cards? Why was I not informed of this before placing an order with them? And what does being a first time customer have to do with it? I'm not sure how they have any repeating customers who order from them after this entire experience. If I could give them a zero star review, I would.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced and for the difficulty encountered during your initial order. Our system automatically flags orders when potential issues are detected, and unfortunately, this order triggered one of those alerts. We do not see that you have placed an order with us previously or that you called in prior to ordering with us with any questions. Our alerts are systematic so we also wouldn't have been aware of the alert until we reviewed them. Our records indicate that an email was sent to the address provided, and it did not bounce back, so we kindly ask that you check your spam or junk folder to ensure it was not filtered there. We also reviewed the two emails you sent, and our team requested your order information so we could properly review the order and assist you more effectively. In addition, we listened to the phone call, during which our customer support team explained that, due to this being a first-time order with an associated system alert, that we would have to take different measures with the account, which our support team did offer the additional measures needed. We understand that this process is not ideal and apologize for any inconvenience it caused. Please know that these procedures are in place to address system alerts and to help protect both our customers and our business. Our customer service team strives to handle these situations as efficiently and fairly as possible. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We truly understand your frustration and appreciate your patience and understanding regarding our security measures. Thank you PetEdge
