Fast delivery. Thanks just what I ordered

I will never buy from Petedge again, the reason being. I purchased 2 grates for my tubs that did not work, when I had to return them I was charged $75! I talked to customer service and they would not make it right. I was purchasing items from them prior to this and wasn't happy with the shipping charges but continued anyway. Never again! who charges that kind of charge for a return.

I ordered in Nov and got most of my order but I just finally got my shampoo in February after calling 3 times! They cancelled my order 2 times "accidentally." They used to be great but I have been hearing several other groomers in my area have had issues also. Hopefully they fix the issues.

Pet Edge always has a huge selection of products at competitive prices!! They deliver within a reasonable time, and the website is easy to navigate!

We were very happy with this company before Boss Pet. However, lately we have been getting real slow service. We have been buying for out salon from PetEdge for 7 years, but services are just not the same. Only reason I do give two stars is because customer service over the phone are very nice. Neighboring Salon told us about Ryan's Pet and how happy they are with them. We've decided to give them a try to see what we think.

Have only placed one order so far but will do so again. Customer services excellent and took immediate action when I had a question.

Got what I ordered on time.

Since the merge this site has really gone downhill.
