Barbara
Your service was fantastic. Both the assistant mgr & mgr both called me back to make sure I knew how the clippers worked. I did try to use the clippers this last wk but the blade was so so so dull, I had to put a new blade on it. I can send it to you if you like? thanks Barb

Been finding it very hard to order items lately. It seems like everything is on backorder that I need. The minimum price amount to keep/get a backordered item is ridiculous. Most backordered items have to be $20.00. I'm not ordering stuff for resale, I'm ordering items I need to do my job as a groomer. I have no problem with the few items I can get and their quality. Just frustrated about the availability of products.
