Great service and help for first time buyers

The prices are good, items ship quickly, just wish they could do better on shipping costs for non freight items. The free shipping over $99 is only on specific items and offered only once.

I’ve been a customer for over 20 years and I had trouble ordering and did an on line chat for help. It didn’t help and I ended up receiving two of the same order which totaled over $800.00 I had to pay shipping to return the duplicate order. That is not what I consider good customer service.

I purchased a new set of Oyster clippers and did not open the box for a few weeks. The first time I tried the clippers, they would not clip at all. I contacted Chessa after sending an email with no response. She told me to contact customer support. I did so on September 4th, less than 30 days from my purchase. Instead of having me send back the clippers, she wanted a video! It took a while to get the video to go through. Today I was notified by Riannon Ceiley that now we were past the 30 day point and they would no longer honor their guarantee.

Although, I still have Not received the clipper Oil.

Quality and efficiency is the name of the game here. We needed a scale for our clinic ASAP, and the one we had ordered from a different distributor was going to take 6 weeks to arrive. PetEdge got us our scale within the week. It worked well out of the box and was a snap to set up. We will be considering PetEdge for any future purchases.
