Good selection and descriptions. Quick delivery of the in stock items, appropriately packaged to prevent damage. (If everything I wanted was in stock, it would have been even better.) The site is a little fiddly when you are searching for items, but it got there in the end!

When I placed my order on 8/23/2021, one of my items was backordered, and it said that it would ship on 9/9/2021, which was fine. But then, four days later on 8/27/2021, I received a separate email that the item that was backordered would not be processed because it didn't meet their minimum of $20. Very disappointed!

I am a new customer and was hoping to get a first time discount since we run a nonprofit. But the product I ordered is good and arrived in a reasonable time. There was no incentive for a first time customer.

My order came quickly with free shipping. The clippers I bought were on sale, half price compared to some other on line stores. I'll be buying from Pet Edge again! Thanks!
