The order was delivered in a reasonable time frame and everything was intact.

My order was lost by the freight forwarder. It took days of going back and forth 1 email/1 phone call at a time to get my issue resolved. Only Angelic called me back as promised. When the goods arrived, the grooming table was dented and scraped. For the money I spent, I would have thought the table would have been pristine and the customer service team would have been more responsive.

If there was only one tiny drawback it would be pricing. -Many times pricing can be found better through other vendors. Overall reliable retailer!
