Quality and great service! I highly recommend

My review of my recent purchase contained positive and negative comments. The negative was minor to me, which is why I did not pursue a correction from Pet Edge. But on their own they addressed the situation in a generous way. I'm very impressed with Pet Edge's customer service!

Good service

When I realized my online order was incomplete, all it took was a call to customer service to fix everything. My order was on my doorstep in less than a week.

I have not received my order still. I have called and email not one response.

The only things that I felt inconvenience are the information of size options, which are not very visible, and have no lots of choices. The images only show one size of width for different length for the collar and leash. So I ordered in wrong width and needed to pay return fee to return them. I ever bought at Chewy.com. Their return policies are very easy for consumers. I just want to try yours for more vendors options and better deals. Prices and convenience are what all consumers are looking for. Also hoping you can have more varieties of each category. Thanks!

I ordered an adjustable blade and this is the second time one has arrived loose from its packaging in the shipping box, but this time it was broken. Other items have always arrived fine, but I think it's time extra attention is given to packaging some of the items.
