Late ship and long time

I placed an order with PetEdge which they could not completely fulfill at first. But they kept me informed that they were making every effort to complete the order. They shipped and charged me for what they had on hand and sure enough in about a week, they contacted me that they were completing the order. In this day and time, with the way everything is so screwed up and out of sorts, I was very pleased that they kept their word. I definitely will order from them again.

I used PetEdge for years with dog client equipment. I have ordered from them when they were the old New England Serum Company (I used to go to the store in Topsfield, MA). However, I wish they would drop the minimum order for free shipping down to $50 when it used to be years ago. Also, I ordered a set of clippers that were back ordered. Suddenly the order was dropped without any notice or asking if I wanted to wait for the order. I had to go back and place the order again and hope that as I hit the 30 day mark, again, it would not be cancelled, again. I tried to reach out to customer service by email to ask not to have the order cancelled again, and got no reply. Luckily the clippers arrived today. However, the over all quality of PetEdge is not what it was years ago when I first opened my business. I did all my business with PetEdge and really wanted to try going back.
