I gave it a 4 stars because it was backordered for 3 months. I dont like that after 30 days they just cancelled my order and I had to re-order it each time. Otherwise...the price was great and product arrived in good condition. I cant wait to actually use them because I had to get my dog groomed professionally before the clippers arrived.

Excellent selection of grooming supplies. There is no hassle on shipping or order/return system.

I received a text on my phone for 30% off an order on that day, except that I could not access the specific item on my phone that I wanted. So I called PetEdge. The very nice customer service person found the item. I explained that I had a 30% off notification on my phone that I wanted to use. She processed my order and advised that there was also a special on that item so I would get another smaller pair of clippers included in my order. Of course I was thrilled, but when I finally got my invoice, there had been no 30% deducted from my purchase, so it came to much more than I had planned on spending!!!!

Had a little trouble at the time of doing the purchase but they resolved the issue quickly and the products are amazing.
