My experience with 2 of your customer service representatives was unpleasant and one of them was a manager/supervisor. The manager/supervisor representative was not clear in her actions. When I had called back to clarify and ask about the shipping label, the new representative was unprofessional and told me it was my fault. The two had spoken and I was basically told that I was at fault and there was nothing they would do or have to do. That’s great customer service for a long time customer.

I was extremely happy to receive order early!! Prices are fair.
