Hi Tera, we've tried to find your account and have found last orders from 2025, 2023, and 2021 unfortunately, none of the orders were over $2,000 that we could find. We looked under your business name, business address, and other addresses listed on your account as well. If this is regarding an LED light from November 2025, we do see we sent you a free one, but not sure if this is what the review is about. We want to help you with what is going on, so we will need a little more information to assist. We looked at the reference number given on TP and that isn't our order #. Thank you for your feedback. The USPS shipping method was selected at checkout, and once a package is transferred to USPS, delivery and routing are fully managed by their system. We have no control over USPS processing or transit operations. USPS has recently experienced ongoing service delays and routing issues that are affecting shipments nationwide. For future orders, we recommend selecting our FedEx shipping option for more reliable delivery service. Thank you PetEdge

We reviewed the USPS tracking information and can confirm that the package has been routed through multiple states unexpectedly. Unfortunately, once a shipment is in the possession of USPS, the transit process is entirely managed by their system and is outside of PetEdge’s control. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. To resolve the issue, we will be sending a replacement shipment via FedEx. For future orders, we strongly recommend selecting FedEx or another carrier option when available, as USPS has recently experienced significant staffing and transit delays that have impacted both customers and businesses nationwide.
