Had an issue with the dryer we purchased and customer service did not respond until multi emails were sent. The responce was rude and unproffessional. I will seek out another company to buy from. This is the second issue I have had with customer service.

We absolutely understand the expense of delivery fees, and we haven't increased our rates yet and wish we had other options as a smaller business we have only been able to offer free shipping at $99.00 for qualifying products. Before I placed my order it says that I qualify for free shipping. But when I tapped process order, it shows that I have a shipping fee of $28+. I sent them a message, hopefully they can fix the problem.
