HI there we've reviewed your order and see exactly what was wrong. The item you ordered, is temporarily out of stock hence, it not being on the order. We see only our 4-inch curved ball point shear is in stock. We are very sorry for the inconvenience, and experience you had. At PetEdge we strive to give you the best prices, and if you see a price lower for the same product, we do have a Low-Price Guarantee: The product must be offered by a US company (Ryan’s Pet, Groomers Choice, Groomers Pro, Groomers Mall, etc.) Sorry, we will not price match with companies based outside of the US, just for future reference. Also, we reviewed your account entirely and see that your order was placed on a 03/25 and our warehouses are not open on the weekends we are sorry for the delay. We did see your order was picked, packed, and on the truck the next day business day for us and to your door on Thursday the 30th. We are doing our best to get you the products you need quickly.
