Ordering several blades from you in the process there was a glitch in the computer base system which kicked one of my blades out and I just recently realized it as everything was coming and went to double check and sure enough my blade 30 was kicked out of my cart upon calling you guys too because my order had free shipping and my order was well over $100 and I ordered it during the grooming sale last month no one would honor making these corrections because of the glitch in fact I had to cuss call customer service because of the glitch because it wouldn’t accept the promo code I was very disappointed in your service that you guys wouldn’t honor the discount of 10% off and free shipping due to your Computer/website having a glitch as a result I found somewhere else to order my products from now on this was my first and only experience with your company Update: Sandy with Petedge called me and was so kind and made it right. I so appreciate her reaching out to me and not just making things right that she even donated to my 4H group here in Clermont county for our fundraiser coming up.
