Some of the worst customer service. Not only was I not told my order was on back order but I have yet to receive my order that was placed a month ago. I understand being in the service industry and it sucks to disappoint the customer but leaving them in dark and not communicating with someone who’s spent $200+ on vital equipment is worse.

Hi Myranda, we reviewed your entire account and do see where you sent an email to us on 03/28/2023, and we sent you a reply to your message on the same day letting you know the item you ordered was on backorder until 04/29/2023 and it appears it came in much earlier than anticipated and was delivered to you yesterday at your door. Please let us know if you didn't receive your order and we will be happy to help. 800-738-3343 Thank you for choosing PetEdge, we truly appreciate your business!
