Pet Edge had the product that I was looking for at a good price w no extra shipping costs. The missing star is about the website not letting me place an order online - had to spend more time placing this order than I should've had to spend. I had to call customer service, and I spoke with a female service rep that was terrific. She sounds like a good human being and was very helpful. She explained that there was a technical problem on the website that was being 'worked on'.

Stopped at the PetEdge booth at the Intergroom show in NJ. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. There was an item that I wanted, but the color I wanted was not available at the show. I was able to place the order on the spot and received the item less than a week later.

So I want to start by saying I enjoy the range of products they have available I've placed two orders with them one for over 400+ dollars the other over 1200+ dollars and I've not gotten a reply to my email to support about my products that are missing literally not there one small box was all I've gotten and my folding groom table not to please with the lack of communication and I've checked daily since I sent the original email and forwarded this email to support again today with pictures of a busted product as well and trying to start my own business is dependent upon getting my equipment just very disappointed in the lack of communication and not receiving the full order I know that the mixing bottles are on back order I read it on the site but I made sure the shampoos I needed where not on back order when I placed my order and to only received the emerald black shampoo and the small nootie medicated brand is very discouraging and then one of my smaller oatmeal n baking soda is busted and actively leaking in the bag still because I left it in there I provided pictures in my email and still no response thats my only issues I feel I should have used a different company but I wanted to try this one first from other reviews I should have read more than the 4-5 star reviews
