I ordered a Andis Excel 5-speed clipper. It was supposed to come with an andis comb set, it did not. I emailed Petedge support about the issue. I have yet to hear back from them. Also, the first day I used the clippers, they turned off by themselves several times. Was I sent a refurbished clipper? Did I get charged full price for a refurbished clipper?
Response from PetEdgeApr 13, 2023
Thank you for taking time to leave a review. We looked into the Andis guide combs included with your clipper purchase, these are currently on back order and will ship once we have them in stock. We have tried to contact you to resolve the issue with your clippers, this sounds like a manufacturer error as we do not sell refurbished clippers. Please call us back at 800-738-3343 so we can get this fixed! We appreciate your business.
