The blades to the Joyzze clippers are breaking and was completely dissatisfied with this product. I love buying from Petedge but was VERY unhappy and dissatisfied with this. I would not recommend it to other groomers!!

I have ordered so many thing over the years from you guys and literally this has been the worst experience no communication about my order and it’s going to take almost 3 weeks to get here.. are you kidding.

I purchased an elevated white dog tub and instead received an ivory tub. The description on the website and all the correspondence I received called it white. Despite the fact that they sell some of their tubs as "white" and some as "Ivory" they tried to tell me they are the same color and ivory is a form of white. Obviously no one there has ever purchased either a toilet or bathtub for their home as there is a very clear distinction made between the two colors. I could not get them to understand why this was a problem. They offered me $50 to keep it and otherwise I have to re-crate the tub, get it picked up, wait for a refund and repurchase a different color and wait for the shipping all over again. My impression of the company is they are much more concerned with their money than having happy customers. I'm frustrated with the company's lack of concern for a problem they created. EDIT: It's been 10 days since I was told they had requested that the shipper pick the tub up and I have not heard from anyone. I emailed the company and reminded them that I am still waiting, and that the shipper needs to schedule with *me*, not through them. It's a good thing this isn't holding up the opening of a small business and is just for my personal use. Still, would love to find a different vendor to purchase this from at the same cost just on principle. EDIT 2: Tub was finally picked up on day 15. I'm still seeing this product advertised in numerous Google Ads as white.
