The dryer was shipped in a timely manner according to what I was promised. The dryer is excellent quality for the money spent. The only downside was UPS who took a week to actually deliver it. And that was after 3 frustrating calls to UPS

Some of my order did not come and I had to call and ask what happen they are sending right away but tried to tell me that in the cameras looks like all items shipped out so must have been UPS fault. But still had to wait. Not to happy.

Hi there, we definitely take our shipping seriously here :) we want you to receive all of the item's ordered and did check our shipping cameras and package weights through all terminals, so we ensure 100% satisfaction with our shipping team, and that our customers get their products. We do show that all products were in the box but did send you the few products that you said were missing as a courtesy. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we are glad to resolve the issue. Thank you for choosing PetEdge for your grooming needs, we truly value your business!
