Hi there, we looked into the order entirely, and see the order was placed on 09/05//2023 after 3pm. Your blades were on the truck the next day the 6th and were delivered on the 11th. Items still pending and not shipped let alone received over a month. No updates on arrival or delivery update date. When placed order they didn't make the product marked out of stock or anything despite the massive delay.

I love the products that are offered. however, I do not like that I always have to wait for my entire order. The order keeps getting pushed back farther and farther forcing me to go without and eventually order from another site. Most everything they offer seems to be on back order. If it's not available, just don't offer it until it's in stock. As a business owner, I need to know that my supplies will be delivered in a timely manner.
