False advertising of free shipping on all your ads. High prices.

Hi there, we are sorry you feel this way however, we do clearly specify if items are free shipping for $2,000 or more or if they're free shipping with a purchase of $99.00 or more. We did review your order and the grooming arm and table are part of our $2,000 or more free shipping, and we do see where the other items were free shipping except for the grooming arm, and table. If you feel that your shipping rates were not applied properly, please call us at 800-738-3343 M-F 8am CST to 6PM CST.
