This is the 5th time in a row that you do not have the items in stock that we normally order. It is now obvious that you only want to sell the more expensive items and not the cheaper items.

Hi there, we are truly sorry that you feel that way, however that simply is not accurate. We've had an issue with a manufacturer not being able to supply product which has impacted us greatly. We have been working tirelessly to resolve this issue, but thank you for feedback, as we appreciate knowing how our customers feel. Thank you for choosing PetEdge we truly value your feedback, and business!

I was easily able to speak to a representative. She knew that I needed this product asap and remained on the line while my ordered processed and confirmed that she would make sure it was shipped within 24 hours. Now we cross our fingers that it will arrive by July 3rd.
