I made and order and change my mind , I called the next morning to cancel and they only cancel part of the order, than i called again to get my refund and nobody knows anything they told me that i wasn’t getting the taxes back because it was the company policy . It seem like the system it’s so outdated I will never buy anything from this company. Save yourself a headache.

Hi there, we understand that you attempted to cancel an order you had placed online. Unfortunately, our warehouse ships quickly and we were only able to cancel 2 of your 4 items as the other two items had shipped same day. We did cancel the two items that we were able to, however, we did tell you to refuse the package, and we would refund you. We are mailing your refund to you as discussed on the phone with Karime, due to you using Affirm as a pay method and we were unable to put the money back on the original pay method. Our Accounting Dept. will be mailing the check to the address you had given us. We are sorry that our shipping out was so quickly, and we couldn't stop part of your order. We are sorry that we have to mail a check and can't put on the pay method you had given as you used a method payment that we cannot credit money back to. I love that I can find almost everything I need on PetEdge for my grooming needs and all for a reasonable and competative price. So far the shipping has been fast and they offer free shipping with certain dollar amount spent which is nice. I do think their website could be a little bit better as I feel like it is a little slow at times, but overall I am happy with the products they offer and their prices and will continue to use PetEdge and will continue to recommend them!
