BEYOND disappointed I was very excited for the Black Friday deals happening and ordered a lot! I ordered many black Wahl blades and every single one came with this incredibly thick substance on it that was very difficult to remove and more than half were rusted!! No joke more than half had rust straight out of the packaging. I also got a Wahl Supera clipper and the #10 that came on that was very rusted as well. Big flop, this will be my first and last order with them.

Hi there. We are very sorry to hear about your Wahl blades. We would appreciate you sending pictures of your blades with your order number to [email protected]. Not only do we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee Wahl also offers a 1-year warranty. Our blades are prepacked by Wahl we are the distributor not the manufacturer. This issue most definitely can be handled, but please email [email protected] with your order number, pictures of your blades, and a number where you can be reached. Thank you for your feedback, we look forward to resolving this issue.

Hi there, we see that you placed your order online and the item ME Grooming Arm that was ordered does clearly list the parameters for our shipping: Item qualifies for Free Shipping on orders of $2,000+ of qualifying Master Equipment and ProSelect-branded equipment. We do have a large percent of our catalog and online catalog that are free shipping of $99.00 and more. We did see that you didn't have your Black Friday promo code entered so we did enter this on your order. Thank you for your feedback, we do appreciate it. Thank you PetEdge.

The girl that took my order, knew the questions to ask me she asked if we would need a dolly to bring my supplies in which was great and the man that delivered it brought it all the way up into my shop for me. It was all awesome.
