Most chats are 24/7. Yours is not, only during business hours. Complete waste of time for Customers. Improve it or remove it.

Hi there, our business is open M-F 8am-6pm CST including our chats. We don't have chat bots answering on our off hours, but real representatives during the times above. You can always email us at [email protected] as the emails are handled immediately upon the start of our day on Monday. We appreciate you supporting a smaller business and thank you for your feedback. PetEdge

Order time to shipping time is way too long.

Hi there, we reviewed your order entirely and see that you placed your online order on 01/22 at 6:08pm cst, and we had your order picked, packed, and on our FedEx truck on 01/23/2025 and it's on its way to you. You chose our free shipping which is FedEx Ground and can take up to 5-7 days for delivery however, viewing the FedEx tracking it's showing that your shipment is due to deliver today to your door. We thank you for supporting a smaller business, and appreciate your patience as we shipped in 24hrs, and are just waiting for FedEx to deliver. Thank you PetEdge.

I ordered 2 cat nail clippers and one wavy comb. I wish they would have sent all my products together. The cat clippers came 1st, and the comb which could have gone in a padded envelope came in a box big enough for 100 combs. With so much packaging. I think the thing that bothered me most was the comb was at the bottom of the box but the empty space was filled with that airy plastic stuff. Please do better. The items are as ordered so that is why the 4 stars instead of lower.

Hi there, thank you for your feedback, and we will let our warehouse know that a smaller box would've sufficed for the combs however, they will still be packed with our "pillows" as all of our orders are packed with pillows to better protect your products. Thank you for your feedback and thank you for choosing PetEdge.

Hi there, we reviewed your online order and show the item you've ordered is on backorder hence not receiving the product. We will have one of our customer service specialists contact you to see if you still want the product held on order. Thank you PetEdge.
