I bought over $300 and was charged…
I bought over $300 and was charged Shipping. Most companiesday order $100 or more and you get free shipping. Don't think I'll buy from here again.

Hi there, we reviewed your order entirely and see that you ordered the Master Equipment grooming arms, and on the website, it does show you have to order $2,000 or more to qualify for free shipping on those items however, you did save $12.00 in shipping for the belly bands. Quality Company
Competitive pricing, fast shipping, excellent customer service and always adding new products. I've used Petedge for my entire 15 year grooming career and have yet to have a bad interaction with them. I recommend them to clients and friends all the time looking for supplies to use at home between grooms.

Not happy with PetEdge
My order took a week to even ship and only after I contacted customer service was it sent out. Then an item that wasn't listed as backordered was said to ship the 16th which once my order finally shipped was switched to the 25th. Once the item came and was not going to work I was told I had to pay for return shipping and I should get insurance because they weren't responsible for any loss. The customer service told me my whole order shipped and I had to ask again because the order arrived without the back ordered item, and they said they misspoke. Just ridiculous service.
