I love this device so much I bought two. It's basically a cam accessible via an app that also let's you talk to, listen to and feed your pets. I put one outside on my dogs' doghouse and one inside where they stay if I leave them inside the house when I'm gone. It does a great job flinging treats. My dogs will stare at it waiting for treats to come out. And as an added benefit I use it to make sure my housekeeper actually cleans the room where I keep one of the PetCubes.

My puppy loves it! And I love checking in on him from work to make sure he’s doing good at home! Great product!

we love being able to check in on the pups as well as monitor the house. my pup is loving the treats from the petcube bites and i love that it has a night vision option.

Based on my previous review, Mariana from Head of Customer Support reached out to me and assisted with my shipment and kept me updated with tracking information. She also followed up several times by email and gave me a 3 months subscription to Petcube cloud's service. Aside from customer service, the Petcube is great for keeping an eye on my kitties while I'm at work. I can play with them anytime I want if they're awake. Definitely a great purchase!

The app does everything it is supposed to. I wish it was an option to just watch other people play on the camera after you get kicked off instead of the call ending. It happens a lot with particular pets when I'm playing then my turn is over but I still want to watch the pets play with the next person in line, but the call is ended. I'm making a lot of friends in this app, and it's so nice to see so many happy animals.

Great customer service!! Had to use tech support on Christmas Day from receiving pet play with broken camera...talked to an online agent and tried everything. They sent a new one right away so quickly and helped set it up and everything works great! Love the product

It’s currently four days after the supposed delivery date and the product has not arrived. Contacted “24/7” chat support two days ago and received no response. Contacted e-mail support earlier today and have yet to hear back.

The company seems well organized and helpful, but the product was very disappointing. The features of the app and the product were limited in such a way that it altogether failed to meet my expectations and needs. Specifically, I was looking for something that would allow me to view my pet in real time whenever I accessed the platform. Instead, the petcube only provided snapshots of activity, which in my opinion, serves no purpose at all if not augmented by real time viewing. Perhaps I am missing something, but this feature was absent from what I could tell. I also did not feel comfortable with the privacy options on the app. It was very unclear if I was setting my options to the level of privacy I wanted. The app just wasn’t very user friendly or clear.
