Point is, I have two cats, 1 kid and both first generation camera and their (relatively)new treat dispenser. Both of these devices have their own tiny flaws, but who doesn't. Main thing is, I do get a piece of mind and have fun playing laser with both cats and kid(with kid this is even more joyful). Treats more like a guilt relief that I have to travel very often now and cannot spend enough time with Cat and Marní. Folks are improving their soft from time to time and that just makes it all work for me.

Je travail dans une clinique vétérinaire donc je veille sur les animaux des autres mais je n'avais aucun moyen de veiller sur ma petite chatte ! Je peux maintenant veillez dessus grâce au petcube ! Et quand elle s'ennuie je peux lui parler et lui lancer quelques croquettes ! C'est vraiment super de pouvoir être rassuré même quand on est pas a la maison !

I used an original Petcube Camera and recently upgraded to the new Petcube Play. I was impressed: They took something that was already great and made it even better! You can see the difference in the higher quality video camera and the night vision is something that's more useful than I originally thought. It helps to see what your pet is doing not just when it's dark, but also when there's not much light at home. The company continues to innovate and make the app easier and better to use too! The Petcube Play is like having a security camera at home, especially with the sound and motion detection, but the pet-specific features really make it stand out. I don't feel like I'm missing anything that happens when I leave anymore. One of the best things decisions I made was to get Petcube Care. It gives you 24/7 video history - so I can later replay what my pet did all day and monitor their behavior way better. If you've got a pet and can't take them to work and out on errands, definitely get a Petcube! I also love that the company supports rescues and shelters too!

I purchased my PetCube Bites camera because I wanted a pet camera for a while, I needed something in my pets’ lives that could get them off the couch while I’m not home (even for a min), and I like things that work with Alexa! After a few weeks with it, PetCube Bites does not disappoint! Camera - The camera is great! The videos were so clear, even at night with the night vision! Treats - The treat flinging is fun for my pets and has always worked! Maybe a treat won’t make it past the ledge, but nothing has been stuck in the machine! WOOT! 2-way Audio - I love being able to watch my pets while I’m not home and talk to them through the 2-way audio! My dog used to ignore me. Now she leaves the room when I talk. hahahaha Set-up - The set-up took a little finagling. I just reset the box and then it worked fine. If you have any issues, just reset it. Don’t spend an hour trying to argue with it, like I did. Size - It’s large. The dimensions are there for me to see, so I knew what I was buying. Now that I have it, I don’t even notice it, but it was a little shocking at first. The treats have to be stored somewhere, so it obviously makes sense. Customer Support - At first I couldn’t get Alexa and the Petcube to communicate, so I reached out to Support and they were fantastic! They gave me a few simple steps to try and were superb to deal with! I treat my pets like the children I don’t have yet, and I am glad that I have this pet cam in my life.

Petcube bites has been so much fun and is useful when I'm away from home. The camera and app are very user friendly and easy to set up. The camera has a wide angle so you can observe a large area. There are a lot of settings you can customize so that the camera meets your specific needs. I have mine set on motion detection so that I get an alert on my phone when the camera detects significant movement. The treat dispenser works great and helps me feel like I am giving my cat some attention while away. You also have the option of sharing your camera with friends on the app so they can see and interact with your pet. Or you can keep the camera completely private. The one thing I wish you could do is turn the camera on and off with the app. The only way to turn it off is by unplugging it. Overall this is a great product and I would definitely recommend it.

Awesome product that allows you to see and speak with your pet from anywhere in the world. I travel a lot so this is perfect to say hello and make sure all is well. In addition I can send treat love at the touch of a button. So much fun!

We are busy pet parents with three pets, two rescue cats and a rescue husky. You can imagine there is never a dull moment with that many pets at home alone. We decided to try Petcube Bites treat cam since we think tossing an actual treat is much better than a voice alone. Favorite features: - video quality is pretty good, the angle is wide enough. Zoom feature helps to get a closer look at what's going - tossing a treat at various distances. Minus: no way to make only one treat to come out at a time. Need to test your treats if you are not using the ones that come with the cam - sleek and durable design, two way to secure (we wall mounted ours since we have a husky, known for super smart) - Petcube App itself, the app that controls the cam is pretty user-friendly and I like its social aspect, where you can see other people's pets photos and videos - Sound notifications (very helpful when our dog is barking) List favorite features: - two-way audio (confuses our pets, has strange echo effect) - only certain type of treats will work with it. But once you find your type, you are in lock. It fits quite a bit as well.

I just started using my new Petcube Bites to keep an eye on my dog when I'm not home. Sending him a treat from my phone is awesome. Love my Petcube!!! It makes me feel so much better that I can check on him, and the live video is really clear.
