I have never received my cube. I ordered and it cleared my bank on October 2. I have not received any emails regarding my order

I wish I had checked this site before buying my pet cam. It only worked a few months then stopped connecting. The only way to contact them is email and they never reply. Of course when I need it most is when It stops working and nobody has helped me. Absolute waste of money.

communication is terrible and getting replacement parts in australia is not possible as a consumer (australia is obviously in another universe and petcube are not aware we received mail here)if you do not purchase from their set stores they will not honour a warranty. i got mine from a store not on their list and they refused to help me and i wasn't even making a warranty claim even thou it was under warranty. frustrating responses like have a nice day was one response i received while trying to get the replacement part. plus took 4 attempts to get a response and finally they responded on a fb messenger 2 months after my first enquiry. having a receipt and being under warranty means nothing. best to avoid petcube! after 3 months of trying to get a part, the store was able to source one for me but did take 3 weeks! sadly petcube are not about waste reduction as they replace products rather than parts! thank goodness the store i got mine from has sense and just got the replacement part! its 2021.. stop being part of the fast waste issue!!

Petcube stopped working last Sunday. The app crashes continually. Staff began helping by replying on messenger asking questions about my issue. Once I finished explaining the issue they stopped responding! 4 messages and 2 emails later still no response. Useless camera and the worst customer service. Don't bother wasting your money!

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. I've had nothing but trouble since I brought the Petcude. It keeps dropping out and the sounds quality is crap. The customer service is useless and when I finally got to someone after a number of attempt they asked to provide the receipt copy and receipt in order to get a replacement. I am yet to here a reply after giving them 24hrs to stop stuffing me around with wanting more info when the receipt is pretty much sufficient. So I'm going to ensure that people DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT AT ALL. SPEND THE MONEY AND BUY A BETTER QUALITY AND BRAND, RATHER THAN THIS CRAP.

We got the Petcube play back in 2017 and was initially happy with it….then as time goes on the laser doesn’t really seem that bright anymore and rarely goes where you point to. The sound quality has always been awful and it’s hard to hear anything during live playback. And now we seem to have lost the ability to watch any recordings unless we subscribe to a plan! I’m sorry Petcube, but that’s not going to happen for a well below average product…

Worked for maybe a month and then got glitchy. Not worth the money for something that randomly goes offline the minute I leave the house.
