I had trouble connecting my PetCube Cam to my wifi network despite having connected it in the past. I got in contact with PetCube and they helped guide me through a troubleshooting process even though it was late on a Sunday night. They were very helpful and the chat feature through the app was easy to use while conducting the troubleshooting steps. PetCube directed me check my router firewall settings and it turned out I inadvertently "paused" my camera's connection on my network (via my internet provider's phone app) due to not recognizing the device's name as it appeared when connected to my network.

Recently purchased the Petcube Bites 2 Lite for my little pooch. She loves the fact that I can fling treats to her while I'm at work. I was having some problems with treats getting stuck at times, but a quick email to customer support fixed my problem. The treat I was attempting to use was too large. I switched to a recommended treat and it's been reliably flinging treats like a champ. I'm very happy with this purchase.
