The customer service was fast, prompt and helped me to get attention to it fast.

The support team was extremely unhelpful, only offering suggestions that are already listed on the support page one has to go to before even being able to contact the support team and extremely obvious suggestions that were absolutely no help, and one ridiculously far fetched solution that who knows if would have even worked. So much unhelpful in fact I had to turn to the retailer to get the help I needed to resolve my issue, and once the retailer was able successfully help me, the support team then ignored my request to send me feedback forms and ending my completely unhelpful conversation with them until they were certain that the retailer had indeed been able to successfully fix my problem, as if they had anything to do with that. It was a massive waste of my time and energy and I regret having contacted them. I suppose now I at least know better that they have nothing of use to offer if/when another problem with my products ever arises. The products themselves are fine, not great, but for the price that's perfectly fine, of course except for the one that didn't work upon arrival hence the attempt, and failure, to utilize the support team.

My Petcube wouldn’t connect, it had a constant yellow light. I emailed support and got almost immediate assistance. After answering some questions, they troubleshooted my camera and it’s working very well. Great experience with the customer service.

I've purchased 3 Petcubes and it is because they are incredibly easy to set up! Someone showed me their cat at home while they were at work- sold! I bought one, then a second and a third!

Such a good device, can see my puppy clearly in the day and night time. Love it!

Love the PetCube. My Furbo had stopped working recently (after about 6-7 years…) and I saw this deal. We got the treat tossed and the additional mini. The picture quality is great and it tosses the treats so nicely! Glad we purchased this set.

I had a different pet camera before and it never seemed to work. I am pretty impressed so far with this one and the screen view and quality is awesome. I had a problem setting it up, but it was just me being a little incompetent and the support was great.

I purchased a PetCube late February 2021. The item worked until an email was sent at the beginning of this year advising the products software had a glitch and the camera needed to be removed and reinstalled. Well that stopped the night vision on the camera working and nothing will have it fixed. While PetCube attempted to fix the problem their resolution of its out of warranty and therefore my problem was most unsatisfactory. So you outlay funds to purchase the item, pay for an annual subscription and in the end you have nothing. Clearly a disposable item. There are far superior products on the market. My advice is do not purchase this product. It is a disposable item with a limited lifespan.
