I want to thank Maria from customer service for her tremendous help. And I’m changing my original rating of 1 star ⭐️ to 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️! We had a litttrouble connecting but once we did, she took care of my problems very quickly. In fact PetCube replaced two of my three cameras. They are up and running! Thank you Maria and PetCube!!

I have been using Petcube for 8 months now and I really enjoy going out and still be able to check on my fur baby’s. But I came to an issue with my cam and contacted the company asap and had some pointer on how to try and fix the issue but at the end my cam was not working anymore. So the company was nice enough with the proof of my purchase that they sent me a new cam so I can continue to enjoying watching my baby’s while being away. This is the best product I ever got and will be highly recommending my family and friends that.has pet to purchase one of these pet cam. Thank you so much to the company for all you have done to help with my issue.

Excellent customer service, I had an issue which I emailed Sunday morning, within an hour I had a personal response and the issue was resolved. Very few companies have this level of service, impressive!!

I had problems with a "trusted certificate" system error when trying to log on to the app in order to set up the device. I contacted Customer Support through the website with no response, so I emailed them directly. We had several back and forth emails in an attempt to determine the problem and then how to correct the issue. We finally got it to work! I'm so excited to set up the camera/ treat dispenser! I can't say how pleased and grateful I am for the help of the Support team. It took a few of them to find the right solution. Their persistence and professionalism were top notch.

I contacted Petcube on a Saturday morning (Australia) and I had a response within the hour. After a few more back and forth emails they fixed my issue immediately. Would not hesitate to contact them again. They were friendly, courteous and very helpful in explaining. Thank you so much. I can now enjoy watching and hearing my 2 dachshunds whilst Im out.🌟
