Well I placed an order on 3/7/26. It is now 10/7/26. My starving dogs have been waiting a week for their food. I have had to purchase a lower quality, more expensive substitute while I wait for their usual. I wish I'd never seen pet supermarket or bought from them. They claim delivery is within 24 hours. They don't give a monkeys if I receive the item or not they've taken my money. I rang up customer services, they say it will be Monday the 13th of July before I received my order. THIS IS NOT 24 HR DELIVERY ! AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS🙁

Recently purchased a dog collar for my puppy at PETSUPERMARKET. It was too big. I brought it back with a receipt and they said I couldn’t return it because I didn’t have a current phone number with them. They tried to bypass because I did have a receipt and then it wouldn’t take my card which I used to pay with it. The sales lady said there was nothing she could do so I have a dog collar I can’t use and I’m out $16. I will not be back. Return policy is utterly ridiculous! I will not be back!

trying to take money every week for a repeat, as last week they took the payment as we are still waiting for delivery, can't check it as they have not given us an order number, removed card details, but still trying to take money, went to the refund page as it would not open, opened the refund page to be told they charge five quid

I think this a scam, all help part of the website literally doesn't work. I have orderd 6 days ago and nothing. They deliveri with Evri if you go to there site to track your parcel, it doesn't appear anymore. Good think i just got one thing. SCAM STAY AWAY.

Why I didn’t read the reviews before “trying “ to use this company I will never know! I requested notification when the item I wanted came back into stock which I received so duly ordered alongside another item, payment was taken and then a few days later I was told the order could not be fulfilled as was out of stock ?!? In the mean time the other order was apparently on track. Well over 10 days later I questioned where the item was (as they had taken the money) to suddenly get told that is also out of stock and they will refund, I wonder if I would have got the refund had I not asked? I will not use the company again as it appears they have nothing in stock, I have to ask for refunds and all their email claims appear to be untrue !

I ordered online Zignature Kangaroo SELECT CUTS dog food, but they sent me the regular formula that has more filler. And even after contacting them to send me the replacement at no extra charge, they still have now sent me the wrong product twice.

Very disappointed with Pet Supermarket in Florida. I have repeatedly received defective dog food cans that are dented, which is concerning because damaged cans can compromise the safety of the food for pets. I have already submitted complaints through their online system and by email, but no one has responded or followed up. The lack of customer service and accountability is extremely frustrating. Pet owners trust companies like this to provide safe products for their animals, and ignoring customer complaints about damaged food is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Pet Supermarket and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Repeat subscription out of stock but they only told me the day before shipment so now I have to buy from a pet shop. So any savings are now imaginary. Very poor service. Won’t be using again.
