Hi Kimberly, We're sorry to hear about your negative experience with our platform and customer service. We understand how frustrating it can be to encounter issues while booking an event, and we apologize for any inconvenience. Regarding the restriction on your account, we take the safety and security of our platform very seriously and have strict policies in place to protect our users. Peerspace requires that all account holders provide evidence of event insurance, therefore your account was restricted until this information was provided. I see that you were able to provide the requested information and proceed with your booking. Thank you for your feedback, and we will take it into consideration as we work to improve our platform and services for all users.
