Hi Rich, Thank you for your review. We are terribly sorry to hear about your experience and want to assure you that we take these matters very seriously. After reviewing your account, we discovered a discrepancy between the legal name you entered on Peerspace and your tax documents. This caused our payment system to block the transfer of your earnings. Our payment processor, Stripe, requires that all hosts verify their business with a matching name and EIN for federal tax purposes. To verify this information with the IRS, Stripe requires that the *full name* be entered exactly as displayed on these forms, including upper/lower case, symbols, and punctuation placement. We understand that this situation has been frustrating and confusing, and we apologize for any miscommunication that may have occurred. Once our 3rd party payment processor confirms that the EIN matches the business name, we will promptly issue the payout. Our team has already followed up with you directly regarding this issue, and we will continue to assist you in resolving it.

Hi Tavida, Thank you for your review. We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced during the booking process. Our platform allows hosts to set rates for specific days of the week and times of day. As a result, a host's hourly rate may vary depending on the day you select.
