The choices of spaces on Peerspace are few and the prices are too high. Just to book a bedroom and living room - something very basic should not cost so much and the choices are limited and dismal. To book on Air B&B is cheaper for a day or night than using Peerspace and many list their properties on both platforms but make a lot more money on the Peerspace bookings. Also, the Peerspace APP is difficult to navigate and not very user friendly.

Hi Sanjini, Thank you for your review and for bringing your concerns to our attention. We are constantly working to improve our platform and services for all users, and we appreciate your feedback in helping us to do so. Regarding the comparison to booking on Airbnb, we strive to provide unique and high-quality spaces for our users, which can result in higher pricing. However, we do offer a variety of spaces at different price points to accommodate different budgets. We will also take your feedback about the usability of our app into consideration as we continue to make improvements. If you have any further concerns or questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to our customer experience team (https://support.peerspace.com/hc/en-us/requests/new).

The space was under construction or renovation as well as in the process for setting up for an event after my booking. The space looked nothing like the listings photos, which was the only reason I picked the place. A lot of traffic from people working and setting up. No privacy. No introduction from the people there. I drove an hour to the venue and the model couldn’t reschedule so I was stuck with what was there and had to try to accomplish the shoot goals as best I could. The intended results weren’t met fort the shoot, on top of the sketchy entrance with 2x4s, trash, and pink insulation, I was put in a position of having to apologize and assure that this is not how I work and doesn’t represent me and my business. Comfortability and professionalism is a must. Had I known the vast white studio was going to be filled with 15 pink couches and boho props with a huge 10ft panda, I wouldn’t have even booked the space.
