Thank you so much for the thoughtful review and for recognizing our support team. It truly means a lot to us. I’m very sorry again about the longer-than-expected lead time, the unclear instructions, and the incorrect red-light panel cord. Those are exactly the kinds of details we’re working hard to improve, especially as we refine our manuals and QC checks on replacement parts and wiring kits. Your feedback helps us make the process better for the next Peak Saunas family member. I’m really glad we were able to resolve everything and that you’re happy with your sauna overall. If anything else comes up, even months down the road, please reach out to us anytime. We’re always here to help you get the most out of your Peak sauna!
