Great product

Ordering was very simple and straightforward. Once notified of delivery pending, it was a little confusing to follow the delivery through Peak. Freight company scheduled their own date w/o notification. I called to reschedule- no fault to Peak but I did not receive too much assistance to follow delivery real time. The product arrived perfectly. I had forgotten it needed to be tilted down to the floor, so with extra hands it was fine. Assembly wasnt too bad with four people. Three people would have been fine to assemble but would have been more challenging. We set it up fine but because of the distance I had from the outlet my contractor had to adjust the length which required sn additional part. There are a couple snall gaps in the floor connection to walls. Once turned on, it was just how described. Still learning everything but I love it. I find its a great mediation zone for me outdoors too. I find the red light therapy soothing, especially to calm any asthma symptons i may be experiencing. For reference I have the Patagonia model. We will get snow in a few months, so im looking forward to ses how it will operate in the winter and see if any adjustments need to happen for the very small floor gap. It is a beautiful product.

The infrared sauna heats up fast and gets even hotter than claimed. Easy to assemble. Was well packaged. My wife and I use all the time and live ut

Sauna arrived on schedule in easy to open crate (very heavy) We took the well wrapped sections into the basement pretty easily and set it up in about 2 hours time. Instructions were good but we also used a You Tube video we found that was helpful. The sauna is beautiful and easy to use. I have arthritis and bought it for that reason. I'm extremely happy with this company and the sauna itself. Highly recommend.

We had some shipping delays getting our 3 person infrared sauna. But when it finally arrived, it was packed expertly and securely. Set up was quick and simple and after a week of use, has been one of the best investments I’ve made. I was going to a franchise location for the same services and to be able to step into my backyard and walk into our sauna is worth every penny. It equally compares to the saunas at any franchise store. Peak makes a very solid and user friendly experience with their saunas. I’m a believer.

The sauna is well made with quality materials. It sets up easily, looks good and performs as advertised, things that we really appreciate.
